For the past three days I have been on a lovely jolly with my lovely friend Julie. A very kind friend of Julie's had offered her house while she was away. Armed with my trusty sat nav, without which many of my trips would be either impossible or very stressful, due to my absolute lack of sense of direction, we called first at Charlecote Park, where William Shakespeare was allegedly caught poaching as a young man. From there we went on into Leamington Spa, where Julie found she had her own business!
Julie also introduced me to a money saving website where we found vouchers for 2 meals for the price of one here on our second day, when we visited Stratford Upon Avon.. The sun was shining and we could have been in the south of France.
