The whole summer is almost over and I hadn't yet spent any time with my sil Derryth and my cutesy niece Erin apart from our family gathering a few weeks back. So they came over to see us today. Erin walks through the door with a chirpy "Hello" and settles right in. When my nieces come to visit, I'm so glad I kept a curver box full of Annabel's old Polly Pockets handy (in fact the nephews rather like playing with them too). After lunch we tootled down to the farm shop where Erin enjoyed driving a mini tractor and playing with her big cousin Anni.
She reminds me so much of Anni when she was her age.
