When you live in a village, it's easy to forget there's a big wide world out there (not always a bad thing!) but last night we decided to make an effort and venture into the city for a night out with our friends Julie, Jen and Andy. First of all we introduced Jen and Andy to Wagamama's noodle bar for a high speed dinner.
Then we went to the comedy store. It was a really fun night out, the compere was hilarious and we all agreed that 3 out of 4 of the acts were very funny indeed. I just can't believe how alive the city is after midnight. I just can't do late nights any more. Don't think I ever was very good at them actually. I feel like I want to be Wee Willie Winkie and round everyone up and send them to bed.
