If you have just started reading, you should read the two previous posts first. On Wednesday, Julie and I went to Anne Hathaway's cottage. I had last visited here with my mum when I was 10. It is such a pretty place, just as I had remembered.
Strangely, Peter had no desire to see it but we met up with him and mooched around Stratford. We sat by the river, where we found these boats, named after Shakespeare's leading ladies.
We just had to cross the river Avon on the wind up foot ferry. It had been a most lovely break, so much to see and do. :) :)
