I was up at the crack of dawn on Saturday to take a road trip to Anglesey and collect Tom and John from their week on beach mission at Benllech. Debbie came with me for company and we had a lovely breakfast stop on the way. It was a really lovely drive. Furthermore the boys had had "an amazing week" as they described it. But I refused to go all that way without stopping by the sea, so we stopped on the way back at Abergele Pensarn for an ice cream. Despite the blue sky, it was rather bracing, buy hey ho, we got to see the sea.
That afternoon we went over to Derbyshire to Ann and Jon's and stayed overnight. So it has been a busy weekend and now all is peaceful as Tom and Anni sleep it off. Meanwhile, this is what Peter seems to be doing most of the time lately since his job has changed :( Even Barthez thinks he's working too hard and keeps sitting on his paperwork in protest.
