Split was definitely a quirky place. People seemed to have a strange fondness for dressing up in Romanesque garb. The man above was selling wooden crosses and bracelets modelled out of forks!?
Then there was a gigantic statue of Gregory of Nin, whose giant big toe was smooth and bronze from being rubbed by tourists.
Most quirky of all was the name of their favourite ice cream...

I vote that they name all junk food that. It would make dieting so much easier :) And loving the pinkmobile.
