This weekend has been a very quiet one in our household; Anni has been away for her friend's birthday weekend sleepover. Her friend's heroic mum rented a bungalow for the weekend and took 10 squealy, giggly girls there. I was very impressed to learn that they were going to be walking a local walk known as the "killer mile". Anni has inherited her father's lack of passion for walking, but she said that she really enjoyed it. I think the dusting od icing sugar snow everywhere helped! (As did the groovy wellies.)
Anni took her new Christmas pink camera with her and I was quite impressed with her photos.
Apparently she didn't go to sleep until 3am Saturday morning and 6am this morning. Methinks we may have a grumpy teenager on our hands tomorrow....
