Familial moments

After having spent a lovely "at home day" on Christmas day, we were ready for some company. So we ventured over to Ann and Jon's for an overnight stay. They had got a Wii fit for Christmas, which Ann is ably demonstrating here on ski mode.
The Wii fit shamed me. It gave me a fitness age of 57!!!! How so very rude! It also revealed my weight to me and I, in my horrified state, have vowed to lose a stone and a half by the summer. Today was to have been the Mellish family get together at my parents-in-law's house but my poor in-laws are both very unwell. We were going to host at our house, but to save 8 of us travelling, Ann suggested we had it there.
I took some minute steps to my new fitness regime with a brisk and bracing walk with some of the family. It was nice to see our nephew Jonny, who has moved down south and we don't get to see very often.
As always, Anni had fun with Lizzie, who of all her 21 cousins, is the nearest in age to her.
Marianne and Tim came up for their last Christmas before the arrival of cousin number 22.
And we got a shot of six of the Mellish siblings, one to compare to last year's. Peter is looking unwell, bless him. He sees the consultant on January 9th and we are hoping for surgery very soon after that.
