So people are getting a little bit fed up of the snow; even our snowman became target practice for Peter and our bil Jon when Ann and Jon and the girls came over for the day yesterday. I have to admit that it did become tooooooooooo cold. When our kitchen pipes froze over and I was without a dishwasher or a washing machine for a couple of days and had to trundle hot water from the downstairs bathroom to the kitchen every five minutes, I also became unimpressed with the weather.
I'm also not enjoying slipping and sliding every time I step outdoors. Apparently in Germany it is the law that you have to clear your path and the pavement in front of it. I'm all for that. Won't grumble if it snows me out of school again, mind you.
