Yay! Just heard we have got planning permission. I'll be inviting my niece Laura round with a sledgehammer (when she first saw our house, she burst out laughing at the hideous porch). Countdown to the grand opening of my scrapbooking room. Plus more space for Tom to socialise so that he doesn't feel "socially depraved."
