Today we've been out for a lovely leisurely lunch, to christen the outdoor table Peter's Aunty P got for her 70th birthday. Lazing over lunch in the bank holiday sunshine and taking lots of time over it felt positively French.
If only somebody hadn't insisted they needed my new sunglasses more than I did! I think Anni was feeling rather tired after having been to a music festival in Leeds, arriving back at her friend's house at 1.30am and chatting until 3am!
Tom enjoyed tucking into a leg of lamb. I think he was born out of time and would have been ecstatically happy in the court of Henry VIII!
A most chillaxing afternoon!
