Birthday dinner

I hit the age of 47 on Wednesday eeeeeeeeeeek! How did that happen? I had a thoroughly miserable day at school polished off with a really depressing staff meeting. But when I came home, my little family transformed my day completely. Peter and Anni had been out to buy beautiful flowers and special cupcakes and Tom made me this amazing dinner. Roast beer butt chicken with all the trimmings. It was absolutely delicious. It was such a treat not to have to cook or clear up. Thank you xx
