It has been a busy weekend and I am still catching up on sleep. Our lovely friends Dave and Davina came for the weekend, which always means talking into the small hours. On Saturday we went to Chester for a while, although we had to be back in time for some of our party to watch a rather important football match. We introduced Davina and the girls to some of our favourite shops and Anni's favourite smoothie bar.
On Sunday afternoon we also had a visit from my sils Judith and Ann and my nieces and nephew. We walked to the farm shop, although Peter, Ann and Anni drove ~ quelle surprise! And it was a real treat that being a bank holiday, we got an extra night with our friends.
