Jessie returns

Peter and I took Anni and my Mum to see Toy Story 3 yesterday. That very morning I had managed to watch My Sister's Keeper without shedding a tear and yet by the end of Toy Story 3 I had tears pouring down my cheeks. I was thinking back to the time when the last film came out; Anni had a Jessie outfit for her 5th birthday (as modelled above) and wondering where my babies had gone. Tom, like Andy in the film, is 17 now and soon he too will be leaving for "college". It was all too much. I even started having pangs of guilt about putting Barbie and Ken in the attic. But I console myself with the fact that they do have a dream house, and a caravan, and local shop and Grandma Barbie (who is the spitting image of Ada B) to bake for them. Nonetheless I miss this little snugglechops in her Jessie pyjamas....sigh!
