Yesterday we drove over to Loughborough to join Ann and Jon at the Big Church Day Out. It began very well when we went to buy some folding chairs from Homebase, only to discover that they were free with our loyalty card. Not such good news was the rain on the way over. However, although it was chilly, the rain stayed off at the venue. Nonetheless, Anni and I were glad of our wellies. The highlight was hearing the brilliant Lou Fellingham, performing in the tea tent.
