Yesterday was Peter's 40th birthday. We had originally planned a big bash like the one I had (three whole years ago eeeeeeeeek!) but for several reasons, we haven't felt in much of a party mood. But then last week, we started to wish we had planned something. Anyway, I've planned something small for Friday and last night we had an Indian take away, followed by a mini cake. (Driving out to a restaurant can be something of an ordeal for peter's back.) After which, we were joined by Peter's mum and dad and I rather like this pic of the three of them. Welcome to the naughty forties Peter. (Oh dear, does that mean he's going to be even more of a rebel?

Congrats Peter and Happy Belated Birthday. Hope your back is doing better - Lol's not mentioned it as much so I'm assuming it's a bit better?
