An award

Thank you Ione and Helen for this award.
The rules of the award are:

1. The winner can put the logo on his/her blog.

2. Link the person you received your award from.

3. Nominate at least seven other blogs.

4. Put links of those blogs on yours.

5. Leave a message on the blogs that you’ve nominated.
Here are my fave blogs ( I have 10!)
  • Wittering ~ Ione, my friend from church, to whom I am eternally grateful for making me read more. She runs our book club and writes a highly entertaining blog.
  • Brumby does...~ Helen, another friend from church and fellow book clubber who also writes a great blog (hopefully more frequently now she's on maternity leave).
  • Shared4U ~ Rob, a friend who used to be at our church but is now assistant pastor at a church in Wem.
  • Purpledocmartin ~ Liz, who again used to be at WHBC but is currently in France before going out to the Ivory Coast.
  • My Heart ~ Wilna , scrapbooker extraordinaire from South Africa, who lives in Canada. I found this one through a link on a link on a blog and love it.
  • Dancing Nic ~ Nicola, a friend of Helen Brumby's whom I don't know but lover reading her blog.
  • CupTeaLuv? ~ Kristen, who used to come to WHBC but now lives back home in Ohio
  • Grizzy's World ~ Izzy another friend from WHBC.
  • Geepeemum ~ Geepeemum is a friend of Ione's again whom I don't know but love reading.
  • Better now ~ another Kristin , an amazing writer, this time found through a link on a link (I just want this girl to find Mr Right)

Yeh, I like Better Now. i used to read her through Geepeemum`s link when she was Debauched and Dishevelled. Her writing is gorgeous but I find it too sad now, having read it for years. :(

But hey enjoy your award. You have inspired many!

Thanks so much for the compliment!

Ione -- do you think my writing is sad? I don't mean for it to be, at all. I will have to rectify that, I definitely don't want to be making readers feel melancholy. :-(

You write beautifully, especially about your son, but like Olga, I want you to find Mr Right, and I was so sad when the last guy didn`t work out. I try to emulate your writing but I always give up and end up as my old sarcastic self!

Olga`s is a great read too.
