My sister-in-law, Helen and our nieces Phebe, Ruby and Annie-Rose and nephew Euan came to see us today and we went down to the farm shop. I couldn't resist a cousinly pose by the wonderfully autumnal pile of pumpkins. Don't they look sweet? (The children I mean, not the pumpkins.)
Ruby even ventured to hold one but was not impressed when it made her hands black.
And this was Annie-Rose trying out Annabel's ear muffs, right before she had the lolly that made her mouth and face all blue. Now Annabel has gone off for a sleepover with them and the house is strangely quiet....
