Weekend

I'm very thankful for this weekend! Even though I didn't make it to bed until 2.30am on Friday and just an hour earlier on Saturday, I feel very rested. Our very good friends came for the weekend and we had such a lovely time. Good company can be such a tonic. Had good deep chuckles over the present they bought Peter. Not going into details, but suffice it to say Annabel has made him promise NEVER to wear it!!!!!!! (Grossology exhibit in the Manchester Science & Industry Museum is highly recommended!) Last time they came to stay I was really upset that they didn't come to church with us, but they had a big change of heart on that one and came along and it was so lovely to be able to share it with them. And they really enjoyed it!
