Stepping back a day, Christmas Eve found us freezing on the church field with around 150 others from the church and the neighbourhood, singing carols around the Christmas tree.
I don't know how the musicians managed to play their instruments, it was soooo cold.
Peter, who had been there setting up and practising since lunch time, had a hot water bottle to help him keep warm.
Everyone was well wrapped up, except for Anni, who never seems to believe me when I say that she needs a big coat....
It was a great way to spend Christmas Eve.
