September has crept up on us and today is my last whole day of freedom. This has felt like the longest summer holiday ever and I am very thankful for it. I am going to miss so many things, such as chilling out with my family, some of whom are going back to Qatar this weekend :( I will also miss Tommy, who is leaving home for Edinburgh next weekend.
I will miss having a bunch of nephews and nieces chilling on our trampoline....
...and spending time with my sils such as Ally (and Harry). I have discovered that my body clock is set to wake up happily just before 9. I will miss long sleeps. I will miss watching Grey's Anatomy on loop with Anni and not having to do any work in the evenings.
BUT I am looking forward to the new term and all the changes it holds: my new job one day a week, Anni in 6th form doing subjects she loves, Tom studying Russian and History and living in Edinburgh...better not watch Toy Story 3 again any time soon though.
