Worked a 12 hr day yesterday. Got in from parents' evening just after 8pm. Zzzzzzzzzz! Met some very nice parents. You really understand where the kids are coming from when you meet their parents. Although my kids are crazy and we're perfectly sane! So maybe it doesn't always follow.
To relax I have been reading from 5 year diary from 1982-1986. Found really interesting comments such as "Peter was perfectly charming" (he was then 15). Discovered that I spent most of my youth going to ministry meetings (on the bus!!!!!!) and sleeping at my friends' houses. Everyone should keep a 5 year diary, it's so cool to look back on.
