Tom is just back from a school trip to Berlin and we are very proud of him because:a) he didn't lose anything ( a first!)
b) he persisted in speaking German even when the KFC staff answered him in English (not proud of him for caving to KFC instead of satisfying himself with delicious German cuisine.)
c) he bought decent souvenirs.
d) he brushed his teeth
e) he took some good photos. (We think he looks every inch the politician in this one ~ well if you take away the Liam Gallagher coat perhaps).
The only let down was that his flannel and shower gel came back untouched and he had the smelliest feet in the cosmos.
